Shipping policy

Digital Products: digital products will be received in your email once the purchase has occurred. If you have any problems with your digital files, please contact us by email so we can get it to you as soon as possible. A pdf will be sent to your email and you will be able to click on links to either obtain your digital document in a google drive or to a Canva template. Please note that customers have reported that links don't always work on a cell phone; it is best to obtain links to your purchased items on a desktop computer. 

Amazon MCF Products: For my books that are published through KDP (Amazon), i have a dropshipping service in which you are able to purchase books through the Playfully Connected website and Amazon will pack an ship the product to you.
